Facilities Co-Ordinator

Facilities Co-Ordinator is participating in the total Office Coordination, holding a strategic role, within the client day-to-day operation.

Main Responsibilities

• Office Coordination:
-Facilities management (cleaning-security-technical maintenance, raising & receipting of purchase, assist the internal moves etc)
-Support the Management & HR Team
-Support high level events and site visits
-Support business travellers for their business trips
-Provide day-to-day activities
-etc


• Reception:
-Coordinating telephone centre
-Welcoming visitors
-Inducting new employees to the office environment
-Stock management
-etc

Minimum requirements
• Degree in technical field or business
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English
• Able to demonstrate continuing professional development
• Excellent computer literacy
• Awareness of Health, Safety & Environment & Facilities Management
• Experience with Ticketing System
• Ability to work responsibly in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
• Ability to cooperate effectively with the team members
• Attention to detail
